As the artist and storyteller behind Gingey Creations, I'm building a new creative life. My story is one of reinvention, and I'm sharing it in hopes of inspiring others who have found themselves on an unexpected path. This is where my story comes to life.
Born and raised in Alaska, I now live in Idaho with my husband, Mark. As empty nesters, we're embracing a second act filled with art, adventure, and meaning. After facing my own difficult journeys of loss and rediscovery, I found my way back to creativity and began pursuing a lifelong dream—art. I'm currently a student in the Milan Art Institute's Mastery Program, my first real art class, and I'm excited to share my progress as I learn and grow.
My goal is to show how art can be a powerful tool for connection and healing. My hope is that my journey from beginner to professional artist will inspire others who have lost their careers due to chronic illness or disability and encourage them to find their own creative path. I'm still discovering my style, but I hope my work will be unique, emotionally charged, and always rooted in imagination.
I explore diverse styles and mediums at the Milan Art Institute, I'm excited to share my journey from beginner to professional. Here you can see the latest projects from my studio.
